摘要
目的:评价五苓散治疗膝关节镜术后关节肿胀的临床疗效。方法:对60例膝关节镜术后患者给予五苓散汤剂口服,1剂/d,分早晚口服,分别于术后1d、3d、5d、7d测量膝关节肿胀值。结果:显效42例,占70%;有效16例,占27%;无效2例,占3%。总有效率为97%。结论:五苓散治疗膝关节镜术后关节肿胀疗效确切。
Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of Wuling San on arthroncus after knee arthroscopic surgery. Methods： 60patients with arthroncus after knee arthroscopic surgery were given Wuling San orally, 1 dose per day, twice per day in the morning and evening. The level of arthroncus was measured after operation in 1d, 3d, 5d and 7d. Results： The markedly effective case was 42 （70%）; the effective case was 1 （27%）; the ineffective case was 2 （3%）; the total efficiency was 97%. Conclusion： Wuling San was confirmed with good clinical efficacy.
