摘要
中医认为,出血的病因病机复杂,主要表现在风、火、痰、虚、瘀等方面,其中"瘀"为"蓄血",所谓"离经之血便是瘀血","瘀血不去,则出血不止,新血不生",运用活血化瘀之法治疗各种出血性疾病,是具有中医独特特征的疗法,并在临床上取得了显著疗效。本文针对运用此法治疗脑出血、阴道流血、眼底出血、便血、皮下出血等方面进行综述。
TCM thought that the reason and mechanism of hemorrhagic disease is complicate, the phenomenon as feng, huo, tan,xu, yu was the main performance. The application of the Huoxue Huayu therapy on treating hemorrhagic disease is a special treatment inTCM, and acquired a certain effects in clinical. This paper briefly overview this treatment from treating cerebral hemorrhage, vagina hemorrhage, eye ground hemorrhage, hemafecia and subcutaneous hemorrhage in this therapy.
