摘要
回顾电机向大型化的发展历程可以发现,冷却技术的改进对于电机的大型化起着至关重要的作用,电机大型化的历程同时也是冷却技术逐步发展完善的过程。该文首先对水轮发电机3种冷却方式的特点逐一做了简要分析;其次,重点介绍了各种冷却方式的选型依据,并提出基于可靠性、可维护性和经济性的新的选型理念;然后,介绍了蒸发冷却技术现有的工业应用情况;最后,结合蒸发冷却技术的特点和工业应用现状提出该技术的发展趋势和应用前景,为丰富我国电气装备冷却解决方案提供参考。
Reviewing the upsizing development of electric machines, we can notice that the development of cooling technologies is crucial for the upsizing process. In other word, the upsizing development history of electric machines is also the development history of cooling technologies. Firstly, this paper briefly introduced the characteristics of three kinds of cooling methods for hydrogenerators. Secondly, the paper focused on the selection bases of cooling methods and put forward the new selection idea based on the comprehensive effect of reliability, maintenance and economic performances. Then, it showed the industrial applications of the evaporative cooling technology. The last part of this paper pointed out the development trend and application prospect of the evaporative cooling technology on the basis of the technical features and the real industrial application status, which give a useful reference to the cooling solution of the electrical equipment.
