儿童早期预警评分的临床应用进展 被引量：32

摘要 儿童早期预警评分（pediatric early warning score,PEWS）是在总结成人早期预警评分基础上,结合儿童特点,使用简易方式对患儿呼吸、循环及意识状态进行评估,用于预测病情风险,对可能发生心肺功能衰竭的患儿进行早期识别,及早收住重症监护病房或者转运至上级医疗机构,以期有效降低患儿病死率的评分方法.PEWS适用于普通病房住院患儿病情风险评估,急诊室患儿分流及预检分诊;经改良后的转运PEWS（transport pediatric early warning score,TPEWS）适用于危重患儿院间转运.随着我国转运网络体系的逐步建立,危重患儿的转诊不断增多,转运过程中不可控因素增多,亟需评估转运风险,指导危重患儿的转运并对转运过程进行质量控制的方法。
