摘要
针对采用27MnCr6生产P110级石油套管过程中出现的钢管表面微裂纹缺陷,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪、光谱仪等设备对该裂纹的宏观特征、形成原因进行了系统的分析研究,详细阐述了该种缺陷在不同加工过程中的宏观特征和微观形态。分析结果表明,该种缺陷的形成是由于铸坯表面产生的星形裂纹所致。通过采取一些有效的工艺技术措施,铸坯表面的星形裂纹可基本消除,进而消除了钢管表面的微裂纹,为提高产品质量、减少废品数量、降低生产成本起到了重要的指导作用。
Aiming at the cracks on the surface of P110 grade oil casing, which produced by 27MnCr6,the characteristics and causes of the micro-cracks were analyzed by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and spectrography. The macroscopic characteristics and microscopic morphology of the defect in different processing were elaborated. The analysis results show that the cause of the defects is due to star cracks generated on the surface of billet. By taking some effective technical measures, star cracks on the surface of billet can be eliminated basically, and furthermore, the micro-cracks on the surface of steel pipe can be eliminated. This work plays an important guiding role in improving product quality, reducing scrap quantity and reducing the production cost.
