摘要
目的:探讨Bland-Altman在定量资料一致性评价方面的应用,并用SAS宏实现该过程。方法:根据Bland-Altman法的相关原理及一致性分析的步骤,编写SAS宏命令。结果:编写的SAS宏能够运用Bland-Altman法对定量资料的一致性进行分析,并能实现分析结果中图和表的word输出,可以为临床试验的统计分析节约时间。结论:定量资料的一致性评价应该采用Bland-Altman法,SAS宏为该方法提供了很大的方便,有助于其推广应用。
AIM. To explore the application of Bland-Altman in quantitative data consistency evaluation, and realize it with SAS macro. METHODS: According to the principle of Bland- Altman method and the steps of the consistency analysis, we wrote SAS macro command. RE- SULTS:The SAS macro could use the Bland-Alt- man method to evaluate the consistency of quan- titative data, and output graph and table results of analysis into word, save a lot of time for clini-cal trial statistics. CONCLUSION: Consistency evaluation of quantitative data should use the Bland-Altman method, the SAS macro provided great convenience for the method, contributed to its popularization and application.
