摘要
通过大量调研的数据分析,综述我国山西和陕西两省梨果生产的发展历史、采后处理与贮运现状,剖析梨果采后贮藏过程中存在的主要问题,并提出建立健全梨果采后处理、贮藏和物流保鲜技术体系,保障梨果产业健康发展的建议。
Through a lot of investigations and data analysis, the production status, development history, postharvest treatment and storage of pear industry in Shanxi and Shaanxi province were summarized, the main problems of existing in the pear postharvest storage were analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward to establish and perfect technology system of postharvest treatment, storage and preservation in logistics of pear and guarantee the healthy development of pear industry.
