摘要
从分子生态学的角度,阐述了有关生物适应温度的生态过程。温度适应的层次包括细胞水平、酶分子、蛋白及基因水平。DNA甲基化、生物节律等生化过程反映了生物对温度的响应。热激、冷激反应是温度适应研究的模式系统,对其形成的分子基础研究进行了回顾。生物温度适应的分子生态学研究将有助于揭示生态学和生物进化规律,促进生物医药、生物防治等方面的研究。
Biological temperature adaptation was an important part in biological ecological adaptability. This review,from the view of molecular ecology,revised the ecological process between temperature and organisms,elucidated the levels of temperature adaptation,molecular response to temperature and molecular materials basis of organisms. There were different levels in temperature adaptation,such as cellular level,enzymes,proteins and molecular levels. The response causes were complicate. Processes such as DNA methylation and circadian clockwork took part in it. And the essential bases of heat and cold shock responses were also illustrated. Future perspectives of molecular ecology research in biological temperature adaptation are also predicted. This aspect of study would be contributed to discover ecological and biological evolution rules,and would be avail to biological medicine and biological prevention and control.
