摘要
采用细菌菌落总数(CFU)、总大肠菌群(TC)、粪大肠菌群(FC)三种主要微生物指标对安庆市水上公园、莲湖、西小湖、大湖、菱湖五个典型城市湖泊水体微生物污染状况进行了调查和评价。结果表明:1安庆市城市湖泊水体总体污染严重,只有个别湖泊水质较好,其中,水上公园属于Ⅲ类,莲湖和大湖属于Ⅴ类,西小湖和菱湖属于劣Ⅴ类;2细菌菌落总数、总大肠菌及粪大肠菌群等三种微生物指标间均存在较强正的相关性,说明这三种指标在指示水体受有机物或者粪便污染上具有很强的一致性。
Using the three principle indexes of CFU,TC, FC, we investigate and assess the microbial contamination status of the five typical urban lakes (Waterbom Park, Lima Hu, West-Xiao Lake, Da Hu and Ling Hu) in Anqing City, The results of the research indicate : ①most of the urban lakes in Anqing are heavily polluted, except individual lake water quality is better. Waterbern Park belongs to m category, Lima Hu and Da Hu belong to V category, West-Xiao Hu and Ling Hu belong to inferior V category. ②On account of significant positive correlations among CFU, TC and FC, there is a stronger consistence between the indication of organic and fecal pollution.
