摘要
目的了解医院硕士研究生学历护士职业发展定位与需求,为医院管理者对硕士研究生学历护士的培养与职业规划提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法 ,分析入职1年以上的10名硕士研究生学历护士的职业发展定位与需求的内心希望及感受。结果硕士研究生学历护士渴望得到更多的机会和发展空间;期待获得英语及科研知识培训;期望医院管理者能够建立完善的培养体系对其进行培养并向专科护士或管理岗位发展。结论护理管理者应重视硕士研究生学历护士的培养,尽快建立完善的培养体系,同时开展多种形式的继续教育模式;其使用应实施双向选择制,为硕士研究生学历护士提供更大的职业发展空间。
Objective To explore the career development and needs of clinical nurses with master degree in hospital and provide references for hospital managers to develop clinical training and career planning schemes for nurses with master degree. Methods The phenomenological methodology was used in analyzing the inner feelings of career development and needs of 10 nurses with master degree who have worked more than 1 year. Results They are eager to get more opportunities and development space, looking forward to English and scientific research training, as well as systematic training plans established by hospital administration to help them to be specialist nurses or administrative staff in the future. Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to the training of nurses with master degree and establish a complete training system as soon as possible. Besides, such nurses should be given various further education and two-way choices to get greater development space.
