摘要
目的提高消化内科新进护士护理综合能力,提高护理质量及护理安全。方法将消化内一科32名新进护士分为对照组,采用传统方法培训;将消化内二科36名新进护士分为观察组,将追踪法用于培训中,包括将培训内容细化为人、机、料、法及环境5个方面,老师在带教护理患者过程中融入以上5个方面的内容,同时进行自查和接受护士长检查。连续4个月评价效果。结果观察组消化内科专科护理常规、专科知识、护理规范等12项考核项目得分及总分,除应急预案1项外,另11项得分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论追踪法用于消化内科新进护士培训可有效提高培训效果,从而有利于护理质量的保证和患者安全。
Objective To improve comprehensive quality of novice nurses in gastroenterology department, thus to improve nursing quality and safety. Methods Thirty-two new nurses enrolled in the First Division of the gastroenterology department were served as the control group and received conventional training. Thirty-six new nurses working in the Second Division of the gastroenterology department were treated as the observation group and received training by employing the tracer methodology: the training contents were detailed in five aspects (man/manpower, machine, material, method, and environment); the teacher integrated this five as- pects into clinical teaching; and self-checking and head nurse checking were conducted. Effects were assessed after 4 months. Resuits Except the item of emergency response plan, the scores of the other 11 items such as specialty care regulations, specialty knowledge, and nursing rules, as well as the total score, were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Application of tracer methodology in training novice nurses in gastroenterology depart- ment, can effectively improve training effect, thus to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
