摘要
慕课时代的来临给成人教育的发展带来了机遇与挑战。一方面,慕课的大规模性、开放性、交互性的特点在满足成人学习需求、促进教育公平、激发成人学习兴趣、节约教育成本等方面为成人教育创造了极好的发展机遇。另一方面,慕课对成人教育的传统办学模式、教学方式方法等产生了一定的冲击,对成人学习成果的认定、学习效果的评判、学习质量的认可等提出了严格的要求。面对慕课,要抓住机遇,因势利导,充分借助其带来的变革力量,积极推动成人教育的改革与发展。
The MOOC offers adult education opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,large scale,openness,interactivity of the MOOC can meet the needs of adult learning,promote educational equity,stimulate the adult interest and save the cost of education in learning.On the other hand,adult education is confronted with challenges in running mode,teaching methods,learning outcomes recognized,learning effectiveness evaluation and recognition of the quality of learning.We should seize the opportunity and capitalize on the trend,make full use of the transformative power of MOOC to promote the reform and development of adult education.
