摘要
本文把可编程序控制器和变频器应用于桥式起重机控制系统上,根据桥式起重机的运行特点,将桥式起重机控制系统采用变频调速系统,运用STEP7编程软件对桥式起重机控制系统进行设计,控制大车、小车的运行方向和加减速,以及吊钩的升、降方向和加减速。
In this paper, we apply programmable controller and inverter to the bridge crane control system.The bridge crane adopts variable-frequency speed control system with its operation characteristics. We design the bridge crane control system by utilizing the STEP7 programming software to control the direction and speed of cart and car, as well as the rise and fall and speed of lifting hook.
