摘要
为分析CA砂浆在不同伤损情况下对轨道板受力影响,用ANSYS模拟CA砂浆常见的剥离、板角掉块的伤损模型,在列车轴载和温度荷载作用下对轨道板进行受力分析.结果表明:CA砂浆与轨道板剥离增加了轨道板在温度荷载下的翘曲变形和板底拉应力;板角碎裂、掉块导致轨道板受力不均匀,造成了局部的应力集中,随着掉块面积的增大,应力集中加剧,降低了轨道板的服役寿命.
In order to explore the impact of the damaged CA mortar on the track plate,the model of damaged CA mortar is created and loads are analyzed by ANSYS finite element software.The re-sults show that the stripping between CA mortar and the track plate causes the gradient warping displacement and the tensile stress of slab bottom.Fragmentation and the disengaging of CA mor-tar's corners cause the fractional stress concentration.With the inj ury exacerbation and the stress concentration,the fatigue life of rail plate is reduced.
