摘要
通过对钻具的力学性能、失效机理研究及回收钻具失效案例总结分析,得到了钻具在复杂井况下出现的失效形式,建立累积疲劳损伤估算数学模型,根据此数学模型可以拟定钻具检验计划和检验周期。同时,提出了几种常用的效果较好的钻具疲劳损伤无损检测方法。通过钻具回收检测保证了入井钻具质量,对钻井工程中减少钻具失效事故起到了极其重要的作用。
After analyzing the mechanical properties and failure mechanism of drilling tools ,this paper summarized the failure modes of recyclied drilling tool ,and set up the mathematical model of accumulative fatigue damage .By use of this model ,we could make the test plan of drilling tools .It also proposed several commonly used methods of fatigue damage nondestructive test .Through recycling test ,the quality of tools in wells is ensured ,which plays a very important role in the safty production of drilling engineering .
