摘要
研究连接头受力时的应力分布,并对连接头进行结构优化,提高连接头的可靠性。首先分析连接头受力情况,并对连接头进行三维建模,分别基于受拉和受压工况下对连接头进行有限元分析。分析结果表明随着耳根处圆弧半径的增大,最大应力逐渐减小,当圆弧半径增加到45mm时继续增大圆弧半径,对最大应力的影响不大。据此通过改变连接头耳根部圆弧半径对连接头进行结构优化,将连接头的圆弧半径改成45mm,改进后的连接头应力分布更加均匀,极大地提高了连接头的可靠性。
Studying the stress distribution of connecting head,conducting its structure optimization,which is purpose to improve the reliability of connecting head. First analysis connecting head under load conditions,conducting 3 d model of connecting head,respectively,finite element analysis connecting head under the tensile and compressive conditions. results show that the maximum stress decrease with tears of arc radius increase,the decreasing of maximum stress is not obvious when the arc radius increased to 45 mm. Based on this result,through changing the connection head ears arc radius to 45 mm for structural optimization,the improved connection head stress distribution more uniform,improving the reliability of the connecting head greatly.
