摘要
比较不同提取方法对菊花氨基酸的影响。以色氨酸为对照,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定氨基酸含量。结果表明,氨基酸在1 mg/L^5mg/L与吸光值呈良好线性关系,A=0.28747C-0.20432(R2=0.9995)。酸水浴、回流提取法、超声提取法3种提取方法中酸水浴提取菊花测得的氨基酸含量最高。本项试验为菊花中氨基酸的提取与检测提供参考方法。
To compare the extraction methods of Chrysanthemum amino acid,Amino acids were determined with the tryptophan by UV spectrophotometry. The results show that the amino acids had good linear relationship between absorbance values in 1 mg / L ~ 5 mg / L. A = 0. 28747C- 0. 20432( R2= 0. 9995). Acid water bath,refluxing extraction,ultrasonic extraction are the three extraction methods used. Amony them,acid water bath extraction of chrysanthemum amino acid content is the highest. This test provides reference for chrysanthemum amino acids in the extraction and detection methods.
