摘要
目的:设计伤员中央监护定位系统,满足应急灾害医疗救援活动的需要。方法:系统由无线数据传输网络,伤员、救援人员移动信息终端,监控服务器组成。伤员移动信息终端接收与获取位置信息,并通过无线数据传输网络将这些参数发送至中央监控服务器;服务器对每名伤员的生命体征参数进行监控。结果:利用该系统,每一名伤员的生命体征信息(含报警信息)以及所处位置可以实时处于监控状态,便于救援人员及时察觉报警,找到伤员,开展救援。结论:该系统具有携运负担小、适用目标多的优点,可以大大提高应急救援工作的效率,挽救更多的生命。
Objective To design a central monitoring and location system for emergency medical rescue. Methods The system was composed of a wireless data transmission network, mobile information terminal for casualty or rescueman, and a monitor server. The information terminal received and acquired location information, then transmitted it to the central monitor server through the wireless network, and the server monitored the vital signs of each patient.Results The casualty information on the vital signs and location could be monitored at real time. Conclusion The system has low logistics load and high adaptability, and thus can enhance the efficiency of emergeney rescue.
