摘要 目的研究环维黄杨星D对心衰大鼠心肌的作用,探讨其可能的机制。方法结扎SD大鼠冠脉左前降支复制心衰模型。造模成功后分组、给药,测定试剂盒血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD);透射电镜观察心肌纤维、线粒体、质膜的变化。结果环维黄杨星D能明显减轻心衰大鼠心肌损伤,显著抑制心衰大鼠心肌中SOD活性降低和MDA含量升高。结论环维黄杨星D对大鼠的心力衰竭有一定的保护作用,其可能通过抑制氧自由基、脂质过氧化起作用。 Objective To study the effect of cyclovirobuxine D(CVB-D) on myocardium in rats with heart failure and to investigate its possible mechanism. Methods The SD rats were subjected to ligate the left anterior descending coronary artery for duplicating the rat model of heart failure. After successfully constructing the model, the rats were divide into groups and given medication. Then LDH, MDA and SOD were detected. The changes of myocardial fibers, mitochondria and plasmalemma were observed by the transmission electron microscope. Results CVB- D could significantly reduce the myocardial injury in rats with heart failure, significantly inhibited the decrease of SOD activity and increased the MDA content. Conclusion CVB- D has some protective effect on rats with heart failure, which may play the role by inhibiting oxygen free radical and lipid peroxidation.
