摘要
目的:观察柴胡桂枝汤合理中汤治疗胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例肝郁脾虚型胃脘痛患者随机分成甲组与乙组各45例。甲组给予柴胡桂枝汤合理中汤加减治疗胃脘痛,乙组常规给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗胃痛,7天为1个疗程,治疗两个疗程后对比分析两组疗效。结果甲组患者总有效率为88.9%,乙组患者总有效率为71.1%,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨证应用柴胡桂枝汤合理中汤治疗胃脘痛疗效优于单纯西药口服。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with Lizhong Decoction on the treatment of epigastric pain. Method: 90 cases with epigastric pain of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome were randomly divided in to group A and group B. Each group has 45 cases. Group A was given Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with Lizhong Decoction to treat epigastric pain. Group B was given omeprazole enteric-coated capsule. One course included 7 days. After two courses, the curative efficacy of the two groups were compared. Result:the total effective rate of Group A was 88.9%and Group B was 71.1%. The difference between the two group was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Treating epigastric pain with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with Lizhong Decoction on the basis of syndrome differentiation has a better curative efficacy than just taking western medicine orally.
