Aristotle classified tragedy into four kinds. The fourth kind is hard to identify owing to the incomplete transcript with only three letters o^s kept in Chapter 18. Scholars usually consider oSs as a part of the Greek word opsis. However, it should be a part of the Greek word epeisodiodes and actually relates to the tragedy that focuses on spectacle. When Aristotle classified tragedy, he cited the most typical dramas to demonstrate his views. This method is called incomplete induction which has exactly constructed the whole system of drama theory in Poetics.
