摘要
主要从设计、制造和使用三方面建立了大吨位起重机液压缸可靠性评价指标,构建了液压缸可靠性模糊可拓评价模型。结合案例,运用可靠性评价指标和模糊可拓评价模型对某变幅液压缸可靠性进行综合评价。结果表明,该方法为工程机械企业及使用者进行液压缸可靠性评价提供了一种较有效的工具与方法。
The reliability of the hydraulic cylinder is analyzed in the design, manufacturing and using, and then the index system and the fuzzy extension evaluation model is built for the evaluation to the reliability of hydraulic cylinder of large-tonnage crane in this paper. In a case, the reliability evaluation of a hydraulic cylinder is evaluated synthetically by our using the indexes and the fuzzy extension evaluation model. The results show that the model is a new effective evaluation tool and method provided to evaluating the reliability of hydraulic cylinder for the engi- neering machinery enterprise and users.
