摘要
以LABCAR为平台搭建了插电式混合动力轿车硬件在环测试系统,该系统可实现对混合动力控制器的功能验证测试和性能测试,以及模拟实车故障验证诊断策略等,针对实车较难测试的电驱变速器的液压油路系统和离合器等故障进行模拟,体现出硬件在环测试在难以实现的特殊或危险驾驶工况中,减少实车路试的次数,降低测试危险方面的优势,在混合动力控制器开发中起到关键作用。
The Hill test system of hybrid electric vehicle control unit is set up based on LAB- CAR. The test system play a key role in device development which can achieve functional verification testing and performance testing, also can simulate vehicle failures to verify the diagnostic strategy. Es- pecially for diagnostic test for oil pipeline or clutch failure which are dangerous for vehicle validation.
