摘要
教育不均衡问题在西部地区特别是偏远山区表现突出,但对教育不均衡的总体情况、城乡差距情况和不均衡程度等的认识并不明确,在提出特征层次本体模型的形式化定义的基础上,应用层次分析法结合粗糙集理论计算主客观权重得出综合权重,用于对教育不均衡情况进行评价.最后以教育输入均衡为例验证了该算法对基于特征层次本体模型的教育均衡评价具有有效性.
The unbalanced education behaves outstanding in the western China , especially the remote mountainous areas ,but the unbalanced education is not clear on situation urban-nural gap and unbalanced degree .Based on the formal definition of feature and concept hierarchical ontology mode ,A HP and rough set calculate weight of subjective and objective have been put to use for the unbalanced education evalua-tion .As an example ,the education input equalization verifies that the algorithm is effective on feature and concept hierarchical ontology mode .
