摘要
以牛角瓜种子为试材,采用正交实验设计L9(34),通过N、P、K 3因素3水平及其不同配比的施肥试验,分析了各元素及其水平对牛角瓜苗高和地径生长的影响,确定了牛角瓜苗期生长的最佳施肥方案。结果表明:105d试验期间不同处理间均呈极显著差异,处理6(N 2.50g/株、P 2.25g/株、K 1.0g/株)苗高指标是最好的,是对照组的3.7倍;处理3(N 1.25g/株、P 2.25g/株、K1.5g/株)的地径指标最好,是对照组的1.95倍,且与其它处理呈极显著差异;对牛角瓜幼苗苗高、地径生长的影响为N>P>K,最佳施肥方案为N 2.50g/株、P 2.25g/株、K 1.5g/株。
Taking Calotropis gigantean seeds as materials,the trial was designed by orthogonal L9(3^4)of N,P,K nutrients and three levels respectively in this study.The effect of these nutrients and their levels on growth of seedling height and ground diameter of Calotropis gigantean L.were studied and the best fertilization method was determined.The results showed that there were high significant differences among different fertilization treatments during the 105 days,the treatment 6(N 2.50g/plant,P 2.25g/plant,K 1.0g/plant)was the best indicator of height,was 3.7times the control group;the treatment 3(N 1.25g/plant,P 2.25g/plant,K 1.5g/plant)in diameter best indicator was 1.95 times the control group,and highest significant among the treatments.The ordination of fertilization effect on growth of seedling height and ground diameter of Calotropis gigantean L.was N〉P〉K,and the treatment N 2.50g/plant,P 2.25g/plant,K 1.5g/plant showed the best fertilization and the highest significant among the treatments.
