摘要
本文综述了拜耳法生产氧化铝工艺中有机物的来源、危害以及有机物脱除的主要方法。详细介绍了铝土矿焙烧法、母液焙烧法、离子交换法、结晶法、沉淀法和湿式氧化法的原理及脱除效果。并分析指出焙烧法有机物脱除彻底但能耗高;离子交换法操作简单但树脂再生困难;结晶法草酸脱除率高、易工业化但有机物脱除不彻底;沉淀法操作简单但铝损失量大;湿式氧化法原料来源充足、脱除效果好但设备要求高。最后综合分析得出氧气湿式氧化-结晶法可作为我国拜耳液中有机物脱除的最优方法。
In this paper the source and hazards of organics and various main methods to remove organics in Bayer liquor are summarized, the principle and the removal efficiency are introduced in detail to remove organics with bauxite roasting method, mother liquor roasting method, ion exchange method, crystallization, precipitation and wet oxidation. In this paper, it is indicated that organics are removed thoroughly with roasting method needing high energy consumption ; the operation is simple with ion exchange method, but resins are difficult for regeneration ; oxalic acid removal rate is high and it is easy for industrialization with crystallization, but organics are not removed thoroughly; the operation is simple with precipitation, but the aluminum are lost too much ; the raw materials are sufficient and organics removal effect is well with wet oxidation. It is indicated that oxygen wet oxidation - crystallization method can be used as the best way for organics removal in Bayer liquid.
