摘要
为弥补国内在水下开孔技术领域与国外的巨大差距,研制了海底管道开孔机。海底管道开孔机在传动系统、压力平衡系统及远程自动控制显示系统采用了创新设计,满足了开孔机水下无人操控的作业要求。压力平衡系统设计要求平衡管道压力、防止海水渗入机体及避免密封机体内部因运动造成的阻尼过大等作用。远程自动控制系统采用电气控制和液压控制相结合的设计方案,利用电磁编码器采集工作状态信息,简化了机械计数装置,提高了监测和控制精度。通过开孔试验验证,开孔机工作正常,达到了设计要求。
To make up for the technology gap in the field of underwater tapping between domestic and abroad,the submarine pipeline tapping machine was developed. The submarine pipeline tapping machine adopts innovativedesign to satisfy the underwater unmanned control requirements of the tapping machine, mainly including transmis-sion system, pressure balance system and the remote automatic control system. The pressure balance system designcan balance the pipe pressure, avoid water seeping into the body and prevent damping inside the sealed body due tothe movement from being too big. Remote automatic control system by adopting the combination of electrical controland hydraulic pressure control, of using magnetic encoder collecting work status information, simplifies the mechan-ical counting device, improved the precision of monitoring and control. By tapping tests, the tapping machine worksnormally and reaches the target of design.
