摘要 概述了激光超声技术的基本特点 ,介绍了激光超声产生及接收的基本原理 ,综述了激光超声技术在无损检测领域的应用简况 。 The features of laser ultrasonic technique are described.The principles of laser ultrasonic generation and measurement with pulsed lasers are presented.Applications in the field of non-destructive testing are reviewed.ln view of some of the problems,the developing trends of such techniques are analyzed.
