西宁地区缺血性脑血管病患者合并脑微出血相关危险因素分析

摘要 目的:探讨西宁地区缺血性脑血管病患者脑微出血的危险因素。方法:选取2012年1月—2014年5月我科收治的214例缺血性脑血管病患者的临床资料,采用磁敏感加权成像图像观察,将其中有微出血灶者60例作为CMBs组,154例未发现有微出血灶者作为无CMBs组,两组间进行统计学分析。结果:缺血性脑血管病患者合并脑微出血与高龄、高血压、脑出血病史、腔隙性脑梗死数目有相关性,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高龄、高血压、脑出血病史、腔隙性脑梗死是缺血性脑血管病患者合并脑微出血的危险因素。 To investigate the risk factors of the ischemia cerebrovascular patients with cerebral microbleeds of Xining. Methods:Collected 214 patients who had ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the ward or the clinic in department of neurology of Qinghai province people's hospital from January 2012 till May 2014. All the patients had been studied with susceptibility weighted imaging( SWI), including 60 cases with cerebral microbleeds as the experimental group and 154 cases without cerebral microbleeds as the control group. The experimental and control group were carded on univariate analysis of unconditional. Results: Univariate analysis showed that the ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients( with CMBs)were associated with aged, hypertension, cerebral hemorrhage medical history, number of lacunar infarction, there are statistically difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Aged, hypertension, cerebral hemorrhage medical history and lacunar infarction were the risk factors of the ischemia cerebrovascular patients with cerebral microbleeds.
