摘要
以聚苯乙烯为模板,采用超声波作用下的化学浴法制备了具有核-壳结构的聚苯乙烯/CdS纳米复合材料。利用SEM、TEM、EDS、XRD和FT-IR等测试手段对样品的结构、粒径大小、组成等进行了表征。结果表明:该方法制备的聚苯乙烯/CdS材料具有明显的核壳结构,粒径可控,单分散性良好,机械强度较高。通过废水模拟实验表明该材料具有良好的可见光催化性能,而且可以重复利用。制备方法反应速度快,产率高,工艺过程简单、安全,为后续工作的开展提供了依据。
The core-shell composite materials PS/CdS was synthesized by by chemical bath method under ultrasonic irradiation with polystyreneas a template. The size, microstructure and composition of the nanoparticles were investigated by SEM, TEM, EDS, XRD and FT-IR. The results showed that the PS/CdS composite nanoparticles possessed core-shell structure and excellent monodispersity. Its good visible-light degradation ability was demonstrated by degrading for dying wastewater under visible-light irridation. Meanwhile, the catalyst can be reused. The study suggested this method had many advantages, such as excellent response, high production rates, easy and safe processes etc. Above all, it provided some reference for the follow-up study.
