摘要
采用软件ANSYS对东莞市城市快速轨道交通鸿福路站中板碗式脚手架优化模型进行了有限元数值模拟,并利用数值模拟结果对立杆承载力及稳定性进行验算。结果表明优化模型受力满足要求,并能有效节约材料,提高经济效益。研究结论可为深大基坑支架体系设计提供参考,具有重大工程意义。
Through finite element numerical simulation of the opti- mization model of bowl-type scaffold in the medium plate of Hon- gfu Road in Dongguan rapid transit by software ANSYS, using the numerical simulation results the bearing capacity and stability of upright stanchion was checked. The results show that the optimiza- tion model can meet the requirements of force and effectively save material, increasing economic efficiency. The conclusion is of a great engineering significance and can provide references on the scaffolding system design of deep and large foundation pit.
