摘要
列车运行的平稳性是列车提速的一个重要因素。为了研制阻尼性能符合我国高速列车运行需要的油压减振器,利用自主设计的减振器在线检测系统,测试高速列车在实际运行中油压减振器的阻尼参数和运动参数。对在线检测用油压减振器建立三维模型,在ANSYS CFX里利用动网格技术仿真计算得到了减振器的高速阻尼性能曲线。通过在线实验结果与仿真分析结果对比,证明计算结果正确合理,为减振器的阻尼特性优化设计提供了指导和参考依据。
The smooth operation of the train is one of the important factors of increasing train speed. In order to develop the damping performance that conforming to the hydraulic damper which set in our country's high speed trains,by made use of the damper online detection system of independent design,the internal damping parameters and the movement parameters of the hydraulic damper in practical operation of the high speed train were tested. The three-dimensional(3-D) model of the damper used in the online detection was established. In ANSYS CFX,by using the dynamic mesh technique to calculate with simulation,the curve of high speed damping characteristic of the damper was obtained. Through comparing results of experiment and simulation analysis,it is proved that the calculation results are correct and reasonable,providing guidance and basis of reference for the damping characteristic optimization design of the damper.
