摘要
国内钢铁企业一般自备空分机组来满足气体供应,其电力消耗占企业电耗的15%~20%,降低气体产品能耗应从空分机组经济运行入手。综合考虑了降低氧气放散率、降低综合能耗、提高经济效益等因素,特别研究了内压缩空分流程的产品能耗分摊方法,同时探讨了空分经济运行模型的构建方式,为实现钢铁企业空分节能优化提供了新的途径。
The energy consumption of air separation unit in iron and steel enterprises was reckoned 15%~20%of all power consumption , so the economical operation of air separation unit is an impor-tant part.The reduction of bleeding rate and energy consumption , increase of income were calculated . The calculational methods of energy consumption of all product for internal compression process was an -alyzed , and then the mode of optimize circulate of air separation unit of steel corporation was designed .
