摘要
建立了正、负刚度弹性元件均具有压缩量时准零刚度系统的一般理论模型,分析了系统在静平衡位置达到准零刚度的条件。在静平衡位置达到准零的情况下,从提高系统稳定性和有效工作范围两方面,分析了正、负刚度弹性元件压缩量对系统刚度特性的影响;讨论了如何调节正、负弹性元件压缩量从而使系统始终处于理想工作状态,对准零刚度系统的工程应用提供了理论指导。
The effect of the compression of positive and negative stiffness elements on quasi-zero stiffness (QZS)system is researched systematically.Firstly,the modified model of QZS is provided,in which the compressed elastic elements are considered.The non-dimensional form of the system is deduced,and the requirement of quasi-zero-stiffness at the static equilibrium is obtained.Secondly,Based on improving sys-tem stability and effective working range,the effect of elastic compression on QZS system is discussed.Fi-nally,in order to make the system remain ideal state,the method of adjusting the positive and negative e-lastic elements compression was analyzed,which provides theoretical guidance for engineering application.
