冠状动脉造影联合FFR在冠心病介入治疗中的价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析冠状动脉造影联合心肌血流储备分数(FFR)在冠心病介入治疗中的应用价值。方法将2011年1月~2013年12月确诊的60例冠心病患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组患者行心肌FFR测定,当FFR≤0.8时,植入药物洗脱支架,术后给予支架内球囊后扩张;对照组患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,并常规植入药物洗脱支架,比较两组患者的住院费用、不良事件发生率、病变个数、支架植入数目、心绞痛再发生率等。结果观察组植入支架数目及住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组观察对象术后6个月再发心肌梗死和再次血运重建等心脏不良事件发生率及心绞痛发生率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论冠状动脉造影联合FFR在冠心病介入治疗中可减少医疗费用、减少支架使用数量,且随访6个月后不增加患者心脏不良事件发生率及心绞痛发生率。
