摘要
比较了不同增容剂环氧树脂(F51)和苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)在挤出过程中对聚氯乙烯/低熔点尼龙6/玻璃纤维(PVC/LPA6/GF)共混物力学性能和相容性的影响。结果表明,环氧树脂F51作为增容剂其增容作用效果明显优于SMA,F51不但能增加尼龙6与PVC间的相容性,同时也能够增加玻璃纤维与基体间的黏附性能,因此共混物的力学性能提升明显。并且不同加料顺序下F51对复合材料的力学性能影响不同,将环氧树脂先混入尼龙中再与PVC共混对复合材料性能的提升效果最佳。
The effects of two compatibilizers epoxy resin F51 and SMA on the mechanical properties and compatibility of PVC/LPA6/GF composite during extrusion were compared.The results showed that F51 was better than SMA in compatibilization.Because F51 not only increased the compatibility between PA6 and PVC but also can increased the compatibility between resin and glass fibers.The mechanical properties of PVC/LPA6/GF composite increased obviously after adding F51.The charging sequence can also influence the mechanical properties of the composite.The F51 was prior adding to PA6 then blended with PVC had the best effects on mechanical properties of the composite.
