摘要
本试验选用1日龄艾维因肉仔鸡448只,随机分为8组,每组4个重复,每个重复14只(公、母各半),采用4×2(铜×维生素A)完全随机设计,研究饲粮添加不同铜(0、8、150、225 mg/kg)和维生素A(1 500、5 000 IU/kg)对肉仔鸡不同生长阶段(0~4周龄和5~7周龄)的胫骨物理指标及其骨矿含量的影响。结果表明:饲粮添加8 mg/kg铜有利于提高胫骨长度、胫骨中截面直径、胫骨重量及胫骨强度,225 mg/kg高铜组则对胫骨铁、锌的沉积有显著的降低趋势;饲粮添加5 000 IU/kg维生素A组对于胫骨长度、中截面直径、重量和胫骨铜、铁、锰的沉积有显著促进作用;铜和维生素A的互作效应显示8 mg/kg Cu×5 000 IU/kg维生素A组和0 mg/kg Cu×5 000 IU/kg维生素A组对胫骨强度的增强、前期胫骨铁与后期胫骨锌的沉积均有显著的促进作用。结果显示,高剂量铜不利于肉仔鸡骨骼的发育,维生素A添加量为5 000 IU/kg时能够促进骨骼的矿化,从而可以改善骨骼质量。
A 4×2(Cu×VA) completely random experiment was designed to study the influence of interaction of copper and vitamin A on physical index and bone mineral of tibia in broilers. A total of 448 broilers were divided into 8 treatments with 4 replicates, and 14 birds per for each replicate. Copper supplemental level was 0, 8, 150, 225 mg/kg;Vitamin A supplemental amount was 1 500, 5 000 IU/kg. The result showed that it was good for tibia length, tibia diameter, tibia weight and tibia intensity that dietary copper supplemental level was 8 mg/kg. The concentrations of Fe and Zn in tibia in the treatment of 225 mg/kg Cu were the lowest. Tibia length, tibia diameter, tibia weight and the concentrations of Cu, Fe, Mn in tibia in the treatment of 5 000 IU/kg Vitamin A were the highest. The interaction between Cu and Vitamin shows that Cu(8 mg/kg) ×VA(5 000 IU/kg) and Cu(0 mg/kg) ×VA(5 000 IU/kg) had better tibia intensity, the concentration of Fe in tibia from 0 to 4 weeks, and the concentration of Zn from 5 to 7 weeks. It can be concluded that high level of Cu is not beneficial to the development of tibia. Besides, the treatment of 5 000 IU/kg Vitamin A can improve the mineralization of tibia, so as to raise the quality of tibia.
