摘要
为了实现多轴多功能的微铣削加工,文章介绍一种龙门式微铣削机床的结构设计。整体机床的设计为结构设计、分析及优化。龙门结构是龙门式机床的关键部件,它的动态特性严重影响到机床的加工精度。因此利用ANSYS软件对龙门结构进行静态结构分析、动态特性分析,并且对横梁和工字型立柱进行设计参数优化。结果表明:优化后龙门结构的总变形量由5μm降低到0.6μm。模态分析得到前六阶频率和振型,谐响应分析得到频响峰值点,为以后实际加工提供了理论依据。
In order to realize multi-axis and multi-functional micro milling,this paper proposed the design of gantry micro milling machine tool. The design of the machine tool is divided into three parts that structure design, analysis and optimization. Gantry structure is the key part of the gantry machine tool, its dynamic characteristics affect the machining accuracy of machine tool seriously. The static and dynamic performance of gantry structure were analyzed by ANSYS software and then make parameter optimization of the cross-beam and column. The result of analysis shows that the total deformation of gantry structure is from 5μm down to 0. 6μm. Modal analysis obtains first six order frequency and vibration mode , Harmonic response a-nalysis obtains the frequency response peaks. All the results can provide reference for the actual processing in the future.
