摘要
采用自动顶空气相色谱-质谱法测定聚氯乙烯树脂及其复合物中氯乙烯单体的含量,研究了测量过程对不确定度的影响因素。通过建立数学模型,对测试中不确定度的各个分量进行了评定和计算。结果表明:由标准工作曲线得到的样品溶液浓度是影响氯乙烯单体含量测定不确定度的主要因素。
The content of vinyl chloride monomer in PVC and PVC composites were measured by auto- matic headspace gas chromatography -mass spectrometry. Factors of influencing the uncertainty in measure- ment were studied. Each component of uncertainty was calculated and evaluated through establishing a mathe- matical model The results showed that the concentration of sample solution obtained from the standard curve had a significant impact on the measurement uncertainty of vinyl chioride monomer content.
