摘要
目的观察针刺配合中药灌肠治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法将60例前列腺增生患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用针刺配合中药灌肠治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗。治疗8星期后比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为83.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合中药灌肠是一种治疗前列腺增生的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Chinese medicinal enema in treating prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Sixty patients with prostatic hyperplasia were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus Chinese medicinal enema, while the control group was by regular medication. The clinical efficacies were compared after 8-week treatment. Results The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group versus 83.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus Chinese medicinal enema is an effective approach in treating prostatic hyperplasia.
