制冷装置综合试验室的研制

摘要 参考国家标准GB/T 7725—2004和相关国际标准ANSI/ARI210/240、ASHRAE37等的技术规范要求,研制一套可测试最大容量为5HP房间空调器的空气焓值法试验室;同时依据冰箱测试标准ANSI/AHAMHRF-1、GB/T 8059.1-4等增加冰箱测试台。同时建有一套恒温冷热水系统,用来检测水冷柜机、风机盘管、空气源热泵热水器等产品。试验室要求空调器在进行季节能效比测试时,完成对Cd系数的准确测定,因此在常规试验室基础上改进风量接收箱,增加吸入风门箱。制冷装置综合试验室能够模拟制冷装置实际运行环境,从而对相关制冷产品的各项工作参数进行测定。 Having referred to the technical specification of both the National Standard GB/T 7725-- 2004 and the relevant international standards ANSI/ARI 210/240 and ASHRAE37, a set of air-enthalpy method laboratory which can test the room air conditioner with the maximum capacity of 5HP is developed; at the same time, refrigerator test-bed was added to the comprehensive laboratory according to the refrigerator test standard ANSI/AHAM HRF-1, GB/T 8059.1-4. Also a set of constant temperature cold-hot water system was designed when testing the products such as water-cooled chiller units, fan coil units, air source heat pump water heater. Based on?conventional air enthalpy method, laboratory improved airflow receiving case, added the suction case, thus can test the Cd coefficient accurately when testing the Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio. The actual operation environment of the refrigeration equipment can be simulated in the comprehensive laboratory, and the relevant refrigeration sured. equipment performance parameters can be measured.
