摘要
相变储能墙体是墙体节能的主要方法之一,而有效的相变储能墙体制作是其应用效果的关键。介绍了相变储能墙体的作用机理,分析了相变储能墙体的主要制作方法。在此基础上,对目前相变储能墙体制作过程中存在的相变材料泄漏、导热性能差、腐蚀、墙体储能密度低、墙体强度下降等问题进行了分析,探讨了需要解决的问题。在对各种方法进行分析比较的基础上,提出用毛细管封装相变材料制作相变储能墙体的方法,并对未来的相变墙体研究作出展望。
Phase change wallboard is an effective method of building energy efficiency. The production method of phase change wallboard is very important to its application. The energy storage mechanism of the phase change wall and its production methods are expounded. The problems, such as the leak of phase change materials, the poor of heat conduction, corroding, low quality of wall storage energy and the reducing of wall strength, that should be solved in the process of production for phase change wallboard is analyzed. A new method that encapsulated phase change materials with capillary is proposed, by comparing various phase change wallboard production methods. The directions for further study of the phase change wall are explained.
