摘要
针对薄规格带钢连退炉内跑偏的问题,分析确定了酸轧板形是连退炉内带钢跑偏的主要影响因素。通过酸轧板形目标曲线优化实现了酸轧实物板形的改善。优化后的板形目标曲线投入使用后,薄规格带钢连退炉内跑偏次数由大于30次/月减少至小于7次/月,经济效益显著。
Aiming at the problem of thin strip off-center in the continuous annealing furnace, this paper had an analysis and confirmed the main influential factor was acid rolling flatness. Through the acid roiling flatness target curve optimization, the acid rolling real shape was improved. After using the optimization flatness target curve, the number of thin strip off- center in the continuous annealing furnace was decreased from more than 30 times per mouth to less than 7 times per mouth, which achieved remarkable economical benefit.
