摘要
县域低碳经济是一个国家、地区可持续发展的内在要求,还是一个国家、地区核心竞争力的体现。气候变暖已经对人类生存发展构成了严峻的挑战,在这种背景下使得发展低碳经济已成为大势所趋。首先介绍县域低碳经济的内涵,接着阐述了县域低碳经济发展的必要性,最后对河北省县域低碳经济的发展做了SWOT分析。
County low-carbon economy is an inherent requirement for sustainable development of a country,region,and it＇s also an expression of national,regional core competitiveness. A challenge of human survival has been made by Climate warming. in this context makes the development of a low-carbon economy has become a trend.This paper first introduces the connotation of the county＇s low-carbon economy,and then expounded the necessity of the county＇s low-carbon economy,at the last made a SWOT analysis of the low-carbon development of county economy in hebei province.
