摘要 为满足快速数控编程系统对飞机结构件三维CAD模型质量的要求,快速识别出模型中影响数控编程的缺陷,提出一种基于规则匹配的飞机结构件三维CAD模型自动检测方法。根据飞机结构件模型缺陷结构的特点,提取出相应的判定规则;运用颜色标识的方法快速提取过渡面参数,并提出一套模型缺陷检测算法。以某结构件模型为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。 To meet the rapid NC programming system for quality requirements of 3D aircraft-structure model, and to quickly identify the model defects which influenced NC programming, a novel automatic method for detecting 3D air- craft-structure model based on rule-matching was proposed. According to the structural characteristics of aircraft- structure model defects, the corresponding matching rules were concluded. By using the color-coded method, the fil- let surface parameters were extracted, and a set of defects detection algorithm was proposed. An aircraft-structural model was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of proposed method.
