摘要
制冷设备安装调试与维修是制冷与冷藏技术专业一门专业核心课程。在教学过程中,积极引入项目化教学的设计理念,充分发挥项目化教学的优势,以学生为主体、教师为主导,从信息收集、项目设计、项目实施、项目评价、项目考核和改进措施等方面进行建设,充分调动学生的能动性和创造性,提高学生的职业素养。
＂ refrigeration equipment installation and maintenance＂ is a professional core curriculum of refrig- eration and cold storage technology specialty. The concept of project teaching is introduced in the teaching pro- cess, which fully exerts its advantages of＂ students-centered, teachers-guided＂ , builds the curriculum from in- formation gathering, project design, project implementation, project evaluation, project evaluation and project im- provements, so as to fully mobilize the initiative and creativity of students, improve their professionalism.
