摘要
为研究苦豆籽粕-两岐双歧杆菌-唾液乳杆菌合生元对早期断奶仔猪血清生化指标及免疫球蛋白含量的影响,试验选用60头21d体重相近的"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加5、10、20g/kg的合生元,试验期为4周。分别在断奶仔猪28、35、42、49d时,每个重复组随机抽取1头仔猪前腔静脉采血5mL,收集血清,采用全自动分析仪和ELISA方法检测血清生化指标及免疫球蛋白含量。结果表明:1与对照组相比,饲料中添加合生元能够显著提高42d时断奶仔猪血清中TPO、ALB和GLB的含量(P<0.05),极显著降低49d时仔猪血清中ALT的含量(P<0.01),但对仔猪血清中CHO含量无影响(P>0.05);而42d时添加20g/kg合生元显著增加了仔猪血清中AST的含量(P<0.01)。2与对照组相比,添加合生元能够极显著提高仔猪血清中IgM、IgG和IgA的含量(P<0.01),而35d时添加20g/kg合生元组3种免疫球蛋白含量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。表明在饲料中添加苦豆籽粕-两岐双歧杆菌-唾液乳杆菌合生元对早期断奶仔猪血清生化指标和体液免疫起到改善的作用,添加5、10、20g/kg合生元组较添加20g/kg合生元组作用效果明显,对改善仔猪早期断奶应激有良好的作用。
To get better known the effect of Sophora alopecuroides seed dreg,Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lac-tobacillus saliva on seral biochemical indexes and immunoglobulins of early-weaned piglets,60 Duroc×Landrace× Edelschwein three-cross weaning piglets at 21 days with similar weights were randomly chosen and divided into four groups.Every group practiced three repetitions and five piglets were tested in one repetition.The piglets in control group were fed with basal diet,while the piglets in test groups were respectively added 5 g/kg,10 g/kg and 20 g/kg of symbiotics in the basal diet.The test cycle was four weeks.One weaned piglet from each replicate was randomly selected and 5ml blood sample was collected when they were 28,35,42 and 49 days,seral biochemical in-dexes and immunoglobulin content of sera were measured by automatic analyzer and ELISA method.The results showed that compared with control group,it significantly improved the content of TPO,ALB and GLB(P〈0.05)in the sera of early-weaned piglets of 42 days old that adding synbiotics in the feed and significant-ly reduced the content of ALT (P 〈0.01)in the sera of early-weaned piglets of 49 days old,but it had no effect on CHO(P 〉0.05).When it was 42 days old,the group of adding 20 g/kg of synbiotics significantly improved the concentration of AST in sera(P 〈0.01).Compared with control group,the groups of adding synbiotics could significantly improve the titers of IgM,IgG and IgA in early-weaned piglet sera(P 〈0.01),while the titers of IgM,IgG and IgA in the group of adding 20 g/kg of synbiotics were much lower than that in the control group when it was 35 days old(P 〈0.01).The results indicated that Sophora alo-pecuroides seed dreg,Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus salivaris synbiotics added in the feed would have a positive effect on improving the biochemical indexes in serum and humoral immunity of early-weaned piglets.Obviously,the groups adding 5 g/kg,10 g/kg of synbiotics had more significant effects than that adding 20 g/kg of synbiotics in early weaned piglets.
