摘要
为了克服传统三电平变频系统应用于矿山6 kV/10 kV高压调速领域时存在的器件耐压、系统能耗等问题,研究了一种适用于矿山高压变频的有源中点钳位式(ANPC)五电平变频系统,该系统由网侧滤波器、有源前端整流、直流储能单元、能量逆变器以及高压交流电机等部分组成。分析建立了ANPC五电平拓扑的数学模型,重点分析了悬浮电容稳压控制的基本原理。最后,样机实验验证了ANPC五电平变频系统的可行性和高效性。
In order to solve the pressure limiting, energy consumption and so on problems of the traditional three-level inverter system when it is applied to 6 kv/10kv high voltage speed control field for mine. In this paper, we have a research on active neutral point clamped (ANPC) five level inverter system for mine high voltage frequency conversion field. The system consists of a grid side filter, active front-end rectifier, DC energy storage unit, inverter as well as a high voltage ac motor and some other parts. Compared with traditional three level inverter system, five level inverter system saves network isolation transformer, the more leves of inverter can provide more excellent power quality for the motor. We analysis the mathematical model of the ANPC five level topology, suspended the basic principle of capacitor voltage control are emphatically analyzed. The prototype experiments verify the feasibility and efficiency of ANPC five level inverter system.
