薄煤层无人工作面液压支架的设计及应用

摘要 针对我国机械化安全高效开采薄煤层的现状,科学分析了薄煤层矿山地质条件、开采技术、装备制造水平的发展情况,在国内研发了薄煤层无人工作面全自动化刨煤机与采煤机开采配套的支护设备液压支架,充分考虑国产原材料的现状,采用先进设计理念,运用弹塑性理论和有限元受力分析手段,研制项目产品。 In view of the present situation of efficient, safe and mechanized mining of thin seam in our country, scientific analysis of the development of the thin seam mining geology, mining technology, equipment manufacturing level, research and develop the hydraulic support for fully automated unmanned working face of thin seam, which match with coal plough and coal shearer, considering the present situation of domestic raw materials, using advanced design concept, elastic-plastic theory and finite element stress analysis method, product development project.
