摘要
为了提高电牵引采煤机传动系统的设计速度与设计精度,减轻设计人员的工作强度,将传统人工设计经验和现代设计理论集成,结合国内采煤机齿轮传动系统的特点,建立了电牵引采煤机齿轮传动系统智能设计系统,并将知识库技术应用于设计系统中。实现了采煤机齿轮传动系统的数字化设计,规范了采煤机设计流程,提高了齿轮传动系统的稳定性,缩短了设计周期。
To improve the design accuracy and speed of electrical traction shearer transmission system, reduce design work intensity, the traditional manual design experience and modern design theory are integrated, combined with characteristics of domestic shearer gear transmission system, the intelligent design system of electric traction shearer gear transmission system is developed, and knowledge base technology is applied in this system. The digital design of transmission system of shearer gear is achieved, coal mining machine design process is regulated, not only the stability of the gear transmission system is improved, but also the design cycle is shorted.
